Loyola (MD) Greyhounds

2012-13: 23-12 (12-6 MAAC)
In-conference offense: 1.07 points per possession (4th, MAAC)
In-conference defense: 1.00 points allowed per possession (5th, MAAC)

Jimmy Patsos coached Loyola Maryland to its second consecutive 20-win season in 2012-13, concluding the program's stint in the MAAC and landing the coach a gig at Siena. Now 36-year-old G.G. Smith takes the reins in Baltimore, having served six seasons as a Greyhound assistant. The son of Texas Tech head coach Tubby Smith and a three-season starter for Georgia at point guard in the 1990s, Smith has just one returning player who carried a major load in the offense last season.
