2012-13: 18-14 (12-6)
In-conference offense: 1.10 points per possession (1st)
In-conference defense: 1.03 points per possession (4th)
Cal Poly stuck with its signature grind-it-out style in 2012-13, once again playing at the Big West's slowest pace. But low scores didn't mean bad offense, as the Mustangs scored an incredibly efficient 1.10 points per trip, tops in conference play. The team will miss the veteran presence of graduating seniors Dylan Royer and Drake U'u, but it looks poised to make a serious run at a regular season title with Chris Eversley coming off an impressive junior year. With a considerable spike in minutes, he posted an impressive 106 offensive rating, good for second in the Big West among players who used at least 28 percent of possessions while on the floor.
