1. Pack begins to sprinkle scholarship offers

New NC State coach Mark Gottfried is making his way through the state of North Carolina and is intent on making a dent in the fertile recruiting grounds of its own backyard and that's a wise move. The state has enough talent to go around, especially in the 2013 and 2014 classes.
