During my hiring process with ESPN, we talked about pulling back the curtain and talking about recruiting and college basketball in ways fans don't always get to see the game. Sometimes, things aren't pretty but they are worth talking about for the good of the game and the kids we are raising through the game. There are two sides to every story but here are a major college head coach's comments on topics he's faced with during a season. These things never get talked about on TV, in the paper and maybe not even at coaching conventions.
