Not superstars, but super value

We have a tendency to fall in love with the big-name freshmen every year. Last year was of course a great year to salivate as we watched the likes of O.J. Mayo, Jerryd Bayless, Derrick Rose and Kevin Love introduce themselves to the college basketball world. But as quickly as they arrived, they were gone. What makes the college game exciting, healthy and vibrant is that, despite the continuing depletion of talent to the NBA, there remains a large number of undersized, undervalued four-year players.
