The past two years may have produced the best back-to-back freshman classes in college basketball history. Eighteen freshmen were taken in the first round of the past two NBA drafts. Kevin Durant and Michael Beasley produced two of the most prolific seasons any player has ever had. Greg Oden, Michael Conley, Kevin Love and Derrick Rose led their teams to Final Four appearances.
For college basketball fans this season, there are fewer recognizable names. But rest assured, there will be impact freshmen who will burst onto the scene -- and some will be around only briefly, so enjoy watching them. Here are 10 to keep an eye on.
