Under-the-radar players to watch

The spring and summer evaluation periods are a great opportunity to watch the top players in the country compete head-to-head in multiple situations (e.g. championships, travel, early morning game, late game, fatigue, etc&), but it also is a great opportunity for less-heralded players to get noticed and make their mark. Although we have not found the next Anthony Davis-type, there have been some payers who have surprised us and surpassed expectations.

With consistent high-level players like Mitch McGary (Chesterton, Ind./Brewster Academy), Robert Carter (Thomasville, Ga./Thomasville), Devonta Pollard (DeKalb, Miss./Kemper Co) and Gabe York (Orange, Calif./Orange Lutheran) already elevating to elite staus, it will be interesting to see what other players emerge throughout the remaining events.
