There is a young guard in the state of Florida that has continued to improve and high-major recruiters have taken notice. Class of 2012 prospect Michael Frazier (Tampa, Fla./H.B. Plant) is a true shooting guard whose ability to shoot the ball impressed me when I saw him last summer. He also has a scorer's mentality and plays with great confidence.

According to Frazier's coach, Mike Phillips, all the big boys in Florida (Florida, Florida State, South Florida and Miami) are aware of Frazier and have contacted him. Plus, South Florida and Ohio University have already offered. He also has mail from Ole Miss, Auburn and Georgia regarding his 6-foot-3, 185-pound guard.

"What makes Frazier special is his work ethic," said Phillips. "He is in the gym four days a week at 6:15 am working on his game."
