Emotions on Chestnut Hill are flying a mile high after Boston College received commitments from Reggie Jackson and Dallas Elmore, both hailing from the state of Colorado. Jackson, an ESPN 150 prospect, and Elmore both displayed their impressive skills this summer for Colorado Select on the AAU circuit. Jackson, a 6-3 shooting guard from Colorado Springs, Colo., brings an immense amount of athleticism to the position. He has outstanding leaping ability and quickness, which helps him to get to the rim with relative ease and finish with a high level of consistency. Though he prefers to penetrate, Jackson has an emerging perimeter shot with enough consistency to keep defenders honest. He rarely forces the issue on offense, though he has the athleticism to create his own shot virtually at will.
