Baylor steps up

Baylor's quest to become one of the better programs in the Big 12 got a significant boost when it received a verbal commitment from 6-8 PF Storm Warren (Monroe, La.).

Warren, who ranks No. 56 in the ESPN 150, employs a tough, physical brand of basketball, preferring to do most of his work around the basket. He uses his strength and body to impose his will in the paint. Warren has good athletic ability and has good leaping ability.
