Georgetown lands its next big man

Whether or not Roy Hibbert or Jeff Green enter the NBA Draft (neither has hired an agent) or return to Georgetown for next season, the Hoyas will be set with a strong low post presence for the '08-'09 season.

The verbal commitment of Henry Sims (Baltimore/Mt. St. Joe's) shows Georgetown continues to be a top destination for gifted, athletic big men. At 6-10, Sims is not as tall as Hibbert, but he is more mobile and athletic. A true low post operative, Sims is a competitor who can score, rebound and block shots with the best of them.
