Five under-the-radar teams

We already know that teams like the Louisville Cardinals, Indiana Hoosiers and Kentucky Wildcats will be at the top of the polls next season. It's likely that the Kansas Jayhawks, Duke Blue Devils and North Carolina Tar Heels won't be too far behind, with the usual suspects like the Syracuse Orange, Georgetown Hoyas, Ohio State Buckeyes, Michigan State Spartans and Arizona Wildcats also finding homes in the top 25.

But which teams will be the ones that come out of nowhere this season? Here are five that haven't seen the top 25 in a while, but could be knocking on the door at some point in 2012-13:

Miami (FL) Hurricanes

It's no surprise that the Hurricanes made nice progress under their first-year head coach Jim Larranaga. Despite several injuries and an NCAA investigation that Larranaga had nothing to do with but led to the suspension of key players, Miami finished 9-7 in the ACC and was still fighting for an NCAA bid until the final week of the regular season.
