On Monday we began looking at the to-do lists for some coaches taking over new programs for the 2011-12 season. We continue with another trio of coaches, each facing a different sort of challenge at his new post.

Mike Anderson, Arkansas Razorbacks
Bring Excitement Back to the Program

Apathy was a word closely associated with Razorbacks basketball the past few years. This past season, Arkansas averaged 11,884 fans a game. It was the lowest attendance since moving into Bud Walton Arena in 1993-94.

The challenge Mike Anderson has before him is to not only win basketball games, but to restore the passion and excitement of Arkansas basketball, which Anderson witnessed for much of the 17 years that he was an assistant to Nolan Richardson.

To see what's on the to-do lists of Anderson, Cuonzo Martin at Tennessee and Dave Rice at UNLV, you must be an ESPN Insider.

Fran Fraschilla is a college basketball analyst for ESPN. He formerly was the head coach at Manhattan, St. John's and New Mexico.
