Lamont Gaillard

Lamont Gaillard

Fayetteville (N.C.) Pine Forest | DT | 6-4/300 | ESPN 150 rank: No. 10

Commitment status: Undecided

Who's in the driver's seat: Georgia

Other candidates: Alabama and FSU

Dark horse: Ohio State

Most recent visit: Gaillard visited Georgia this past weekend and Florida the weekend before for the Gators' spring game.

What they said: "I'm looking forward to feeling good about the coaches at the school I chose and making sure I have good chemistry with the coaches and players and my other commits."

@DerekTysonESPN's take: Gaillard named Florida his leader after visiting for its spring game and admitted he almost committed to the Gators, but in a surprising turn of events, the five-star defensive tackle eliminated the Gators on Friday. Georgia seems to have the clear advantage going forward, but you can never count out Florida State, Ohio State or Alabama.

RecruitingNation ranks Gaillard' recruitment as the No. 10 battle in the country. Tweet us your opinion using the hashtag #BlueChipBattles @RecruitingESPN.
