The next Kurt Warner is over here somewhere, taking snaps and taking tea, evading tacklers and avoiding haggis, hoping the Old World will lead to a new one.

The next Kurt Warner could be a QB, eyeing Amsterdam's red lights as warily as the defense's red dogs. He could be a game-breaking wideout ready to shock the NFL, like the Bears' Marcus Robinson did last year -- if he can survive breakfast. "I loved it over there, but the food -- man, it's grease," says Robinson, former Rhein Fire star, future ambassador to Germany. Or maybe he's a rangy defensive end or a squatty-body 'backer performing in a place where blitzing is a sensitive subject.
