Yet their beloved Wings are again making things difficult and nerve-wracking by trailing the sixth-seeded Calgary Flames while other high seeds coast along with few worries.
Colorado Avalanche: All the signs are there, even though nobody has said so officially. This will be Peter Forsberg's final season, for a year anyway, in Colorado before he returns to Sweden. Joe Sakic's overtime goal in the Avalanche's 1-0 victory over San Jose postponed Forsberg's final game at least a few days as the Avs cut the Sharks' series lead to 3-1 Wednesday night.
