Cleveland Browns: The seventh overall pick in the draft belongs to Cleveland, and don't be too surprised if the team uses it to select a quarterback. "Oh God, yeah," owner Randy Lerner told the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "I mean, you've got a 34-year-old quarterback [in Jeff Garcia]. You want to start training a guy and getting him adjusted." They are also considering Miami S Sean Taylor, Miami TE Kellen Winslow and LT Robert Gallery.

Baltimore Ravens: QB Kyle Boller had arthroscopic surgery on his left shoulder last month but Wednesday he pronounced his non-throwing arm solid, and has resumed throwing with WR Travis Taylor at the team's training facility.
