St. Louis Rams: The Rams begin their offseason conditioning program today at Rams Park. It marks the first organized team activity since its playoff loss to Carolina on Jan. 10. "From the 5th on, up until May, we're basically going to be in the weight room and just training," coach Mike Martz told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch last week. "They'll run and condition, but there'll be nothing football related. It just gives them a bigger break from football."

Seattle Seahawks: Coach Mike Holmgren is expecting a large turnout for the Seahawks' four-day passing camp that begins today. "It's close to 80 percent," Holmgren told the Seattle Post-Intellingencer. "Now, if I can get the fence sitters to understand how important it is they're here, when everyone else is here." In addition to marking the debuts of free-agent additions Grant Wistrom and Bobby Taylor, today's practice is significant because of who won't be there. Pro Bowl left tackle Walter Jones, who was named the club's franchise player for the third consecutive year, isn't expected to participate in any of the offseason camps or the conditioning programs.

Buffalo Bills: The Bills still have a shot at signing free-agent TE Roland Williams, according to the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle. Williams has had talks with the both the Raiders and Bucs, but said that Buffalo is still in the equation. The Bills are looking for a veteran TE, and Williams is considered a superior blocker and locker room presence.
