If Wednesday night is the final game of Mark Messier's NHL career, he's not saying so.
"I wish, myself, that I had some more concrete information to share with everybody." the New York Rangers captain told the New York Daily News. "But it just isn't that way right now.
"So I'm not going to put myself in a position to say one way or another. But I'm sure there's going to be a lot of speculation about Wednesday night. And if I had something more concrete to share and I knew in my heart that this would be my last year, I'd be more than willing to share it."
