Hatcher, Stevens could miss playoffs

The war of attrition known as the Stanley Cup playoffs begin in just three weeks and already some teams are faced with some troubling injuries that could shorten playoff runs or prevent postseason appearances altogether for others.
Just five games after returning from knee surgery, Detroit defenseman Derian Hatcher left Tuesday night's 4-1 loss to Calgary with a shoulder injury.
Here's a glance at some new injuries that threaten to have significant impacts on playoff seedings and team continuity down the stretch and into the playoffs.
