Hockey stars are falling as quickly as profits in the NHL lately. The rash of injuries to big-name players continued this week after the All-Star break, possibly meaning even more action before the March 9 trading deadline if the injuries turn out to be serious.

Here's a look at just a few key injuries that could have a big impact on the playoff races:
