Houston and Boston. Who has gone up and who has gone

Jim Souhan of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune has his own
recap of the offseason so far and finds it decidedly
White Sox = white flag? Bob Vanderberg of the Chicago
Tribune thinks it's pretty obvious that the White Sox
have done nothing significant to improve themselves
this offseason. Because of this seeming lack of
concern, he believes it's high time for owner Jerry
Reinsdorf to sell the team to somebody who cares.
