IT'S MINUS - 19! No, that's not the wind chill in Moose Jaw. It's Mike Modano's plus/minus rating through 41 games. Despite that, fans voted for the Stars center to start at the upcoming All-Star Game in St. Paul, perhaps keeping some other deserving party at home during the break. Here are other players who could have easily been starters.
