Seattle Mariners: David Locke of the Post-Intelligencer does not seem too impressed with the trio of free agents signed by the Marines this offseason. Raul Ibanez, Scott Spiezio and Rich Aurilia have all had flashes of excellence in their careers, but they do not compare to the bigger names available on the market this year. Locke wryly suggests the Mariners believe the three will take off in the way that Bret Boone did for them earlier.
