Hi Mr. Mueller,
I appreciate the experience you brought to the Insider article about coaches having a dual-role as general manager, and I'm wondering what your thoughts are about Jon Gruden maybe stepping into that additional GM role.

Jon Gruden
From one perspective, Gruden is already a workhorse, driving himself at all hours to learn more and to make his teams better. At the same time, players this year have come out and talked about how controlling he is, and clearly -- given the situation with Keyshawn and the Bucs GM -- that has become at least something of a dilemma for the coach and his team.

Do you think he's already got enough responsibility? Or do you think he would be an effective coach/GM?
Plainfield, Conn.

You bring up some great points about coach Gruden. I personally think the Bucs would be doing the franchise a disservice if they give Jon more to do.
