NFL Power Points: Colts' defense exposed

Week 13 of the NFL season gave us yet another blah week from the supposed top teams in the league. The Titans and Packers were upset, the Chiefs struggled to beat the Chargers, and the Colts and Patriots played each other but decided to play little defense.
Not since Week 7 have the top two teams in the league both been under +10 in overall rating, and not since Week 2 has the league been so compressed together.
The Eagles' rating barely flickered after their nine-point win over the Panthers, but because the rest of the league was moving toward the center, they improved from ninth to seventh in overall ranking.
