Los Angeles Kings: Los Angeles' injury bug finally bit star forward Ziggy Palffy, who is doubtful for Tuesday night's game against New Jersey. The Kings' leading scorer was hit with a puck Saturday against Colorado and has two broken teeth and soft-tissue damage on the right side of his face.
Pittsburgh Penguins: Goalless in 11 games and with 10 points and a minus-13 so far this season, Martin Straka hasn't even been getting many scoring chances lately. So the Penguins forward plans to charge the net more to snap out of his slump.
