Cleveland Indians: Surprise! The agent for Danys Baez is hacked off at the Indians for jerking around his client this winter. Paul Hoynes of the Plain Dealer writes that Mark Cubas -- Baez's agent -- believes the team is trying to circumvent the rules so that they do not have to pay his client the $4.1 million he is owed for 2004. He would be willing to take less, apparently, but only if he is inked to a long-term deal. ""Danys has made it clear that he would like to stay in Cleveland," Cubas told Hoynes. "He bought a home in Cleveland."
