Boston Bruins: You won't see Bruins head coach Mike Sullivan pulling a Steve Kasper and benching Joe Thornton for an entire period in an attempt to spark his team, as the former Bruins coach did with Boston hero Cam Neely. Sullivan is still younger than some players in the NHL and doesn't believe in playing mind games.

Anaheim Mighty Ducks: Jean-Sebastien Giguere was as close to his playoff form as he has come this season Tuesday night against St. Louis. But once again the Mighty Ducks goalie didn't get much offensive support in Anaheim's 2-1 loss to the Blues.

St. Louis Blues: St. Louis forward Scott Mellanby believes he's close to returning from a concussion and is just waiting for test results to give him the go-ahead. Although he said he's feeling good, Mellanby does have some lingering headaches.
