The Grizzlies may have had a disappointing summer, but team president Jerry West still has found a way to imprint his winning stamp on the team.

This summer, West faced a similar challenge. The Memphis Grizzlies' GM needed a dominant center and a young guard to quickly turn his struggling franchise around. West's catch? Jake Tsakalidis, James Posey, Troy Bell and Dahntay Jones.
