Northeast Division
Ottawa Senators -- Ottawa hasn't changed much since it lost Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals to eventual Stanley Cup champion New Jersey, and the Senators have little reason to tinker much after finishing with the best regular-season record in 2002-03.
