Oklahoma was all the rage in last year's preseason Power 16, and for a while, it looked like Bob Stoops and Company were on track. Instead, it was Ohio State, No. 8 in the 2002 preseason Power 16, who ran the table and claimed the national title.
Well, a year has passed and Oklahoma is rage again in 2003. A powerful defense and a coach with big-game moxie will keep you near the top.
