Boise St.
Boise St. has been one of the dominant offensive teams in the conference the past few years, but this year they must totally restructure. They've lost their top rusher, four receivers, kicker, punter and top offensive lineman from a team that led the nation with 46 points per game and 501 yards per game last season.
