A quarterback controversy is the main storyline in Cleveland these days, but there are a surprising number of starting jobs up for grabs this year.
This team overachieved last season to make the playoffs and may take a step back in 2003 after replacing a number of veteran starters with young, inexperienced, but more physically gifted athletes. The entire interior of the offensive line could be new, the entire linebacking corps has been overhauled, and several more jobs will have open competitions.
