'Skins have depth at skill positions

Steve Spurrier has a lot of new weapons to run his passing offense in his second year as head coach. The team turned wide receiver, running back and the interior of the offensive line from weaknesses to strengths with plenty of quality depth, creating some interesting battles for starting spots and playing time. The defense will have a hard time playing up to last year's level with the loss of defensive coordinator Marvin Lewis. Also, their new player acquisitions on that side of the ball aren't nearly as impressive, especially along the defensive line. The biggest factor in whether or not the Redskins have on-field success and win games is the development of second-year quarterback Patrick Ramsey. As he goes, so goes the team.
