After three consecutive 5-11 seasons, Dallas brought in Bill Parcells to shake up the roster. It will take him more than one season to remake this team, but there will be competition for almost every position and roster spot, starting now.

The front office was limited by the salary cap in what new talent the team could bring in, but it was still surprising that no attempt was made to sign a quarterback or running back. Those two positions will still be the most watched in training camp, but more to see if Parcells and his assistants can improve the mediocrity that returns from last season.
