Minnesota Twins: It's not bad enough they had to spend the entire month of June reeling, they also lost their most productive player. Twins third baseman Corey Koskie will visit a back specialist reports Gordon Wittenmeyer of the St. Paul Pioneer Press. He is not pleased with the glacial pace of his recovery time.

New York Yankees: Nick Johnson's imminent return is going to cost Ruben Sierra and Karim Garcia playing time, reports Sam Borden of the New York Daily News. Johnson was among the team's most productive players when he went out with a wrist injury.
