Timing of McFarland's deal key for Sapp

The chances that both Anthony McFarland and Warren Sapp will be Tampa Bay
Bucs after the 2003 season continue to dwindle. Talks between McFarland's agent and
the Buccaneers have slowed to a standstill after the team tried to backload
the deal.
