Redskins begin working on team chemistry

Sometimes the importance of team chemistry is overrated, but there's no doubting that with rosters constantly in a state of flux, the teams that can jel the quickest will more likely reap the benefits that team unity can have on the win column.

No team has had more turnover this season than the Washington Redskins, who added 17 players through free agency and three more through the draft. Thanks to owner Daniel Snyder's rabid passion for winning, the Redskins have had one of the most fluid rosters in the league over the last few seasons. That's part of the reason the Skins have had difficulty all getting on the same page.

Insider spoke with right tackle Jon Jansen at the draft, and he confirmed the toughest thing to do is to get used to all the new personnel and how he couldn't wait to get to camp so he could begin the process of familiarizing himself with his new teammates.
