Senators on the doorstep again

A year ago the Ottawa Senators led the Toronto Maple Leafs three games to two in the second round but lost the final two games of the series and were eliminated.
Last year's disappointment continues to fuel Ottawa's drive to reach the Eastern Conference finals for the first time in team history. Now the Senators lead the Flyers three games to two and can close them out with a win Monday night at Philadelphia in Game 6.
"I think we've learned every year and that's been the key with our hockey club," Senators head coach Jacques Martin told the Globe and Mail. "I think this year we've show a lot more resiliency. We've shown a lot more determination and a lot more character.
