But the Syracuse forward would just as soon wipe the rest of his night's work from memory. Nick Collison knocked him around rag-doll style and held him to two hoops and two boards. "I was passive," says Warrick.

With Carmelo Anthony packing up his dorm room, the Cuse's offensive burden now falls on Warrick's slim shoulders. Which is why the high-flying junior-to-be plans on bringing a harder attitude -- and a harder body -- next season. Although Warrick (6'8", 210 pounds) went for 14.8 ppg and 8.5 rpg this season, he struggled against physical teams. "People beat me up," he says. "And next year it'll be 10 times worse."
