Cavs one step closer to rock bottom

The Cavs took one step closer to rock bottom on Monday when the league announced that the Nuggets had won the tiebreaker between the two teams. While the outcome of the ping pong drawing does nothing to the Cavs chances of winning the No. 1 overall pick in the draft (both Cleveland and Denver have a 22.5 percent chance) it does mean that the worst case scenario for the Cavs is falling all the way to the fifth pick in the draft.
