It took a great basketball player, perhaps even the greatest, to beat Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. It took an even better one to allow the likes of Kobe Bryant and Tracy McGrady to do the same.

On April 16, the last day of the 2003 regular season, Allen Iverson gets the honors.

And the game is that much better because of Michael Jordan . . . again.
