When you make the jump, you have to be more conscious of fundamentals. I was always taught that you had to have a strong left hand, so I worked on it constantly, to the point where it became my dominant hand. Things like strength, conditioning, knowing where to be on the floor, you don't have to go to college to work on those things. That's just basketball.
