Mock Draft III: Boller moves up
Mel Kiper still expects Carson Palmer to be the top pick in the NFL draft, but Kyle Boller is movin' on up.

With the NFL draft less than a month away, I'm unveiling my third first-round projection for the 2003 NFL draft. My new projection has 10 underclassmen (*) in the first round (including four of the top six). Here's my updated forecast:
