The top spot in this year's NBA Draft Lottery may already be owned by a high school kid named LeBron James, but after LeBron is gone will a slew of young international phenoms take over the rest of the draft?

By now you know that Yugoslavian big man Darko Milicic is the consensus No. 2 pick. A dominant 23-point, 19-rebound, four-blocked shot performance in front of 15 NBA teams in Greece this week should seal the deal (if it wasn't already).
