Kings short on starters
In 52 games this season, the Kings' projected five starters have played together only 18 times.

The Sacramento Kings started the season in October with Bobby Jackson and Hedo Turkoglu at guard because Mike Bibby and Doug Christie were injured. Christie returned soon enough only to be replaced by all-star Peja Stojakovic on the injured reserve. Bibby returned later but was replaced by his replacement, Jackson, on the injured reserve in less than a week.
