In my opinion, the turtle always beats the hare in recruiting. The teams that are more deliberate and cautious get the better players at the end. That said, here's a very early look at my top recruiting classes and players of 2003. The recruiting season is long and the lists will definitely change, so stay tuned.

Top 10 Buzz

1. QB Chris Leak - I hear Chris is desperately trying to get out to Iowa for his visit, but his coach in the Shrine Bowl in North Carolina won't let him take a mid-week visit. The Hawkeyes were going to send a jet to pick him up. Leak is looking at being a mid-term graduate. If Leak can't make his visit to Iowa until after the Army All-American game, his decision will be delayed.
