Banking on the underdogs

    Last week we were carried away with concern about weather. That was misguided. A friend, who is in a pool, made up seven games to take over first place by taking seven underdogs. Good idea. So who are this week's live 'dogs?

    Cincinnati would be one, taking 3 at Carolina. Julius Peppers, the Panthers' big-time pass rusher, starts his suspension, and Corey Dillon can run against a depleted Carolina linebacker corps.
