  • Our sources in Seattle tell us wide receiver Darrell Jackson, who suffered a postgame seizure following a concussion in the game vs. Dallas, could miss as many as three games while the team makes absolutely sure there are no lingering effects. We also hear newly signed quarterback Jeff George looked excellent throwing the ball in practice last week and still has tremendous arm strength.

  • Word out of St. Louis is that the time frame for quarterback Kurt Warner to return from the broken pinkie on his throwing hand remains the Nov. 24 game vs.Washington — at the earliest.

  • Bills quarterback Drew Bledsoe has described to the media an attitude change on Buffalo's offense over time, one that has the group thinking, "How does this defense stop us?" instead of "How do we beat this defense?"
